REQUEST FOR PRAYERS UPDATE

Marilyn Hargrove, Paul’s wife, reports that Paul is now home and doing better after a long stay in Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. Palu thanks you all for the prayers and well wishes. We will keep you updated on his progress as well as when he is able to accept phone calls. Messages can be relayed through REMA for now.

 

 

Captain Frank A. Bolz, Jr. One of the founders of NYPD hostage program, lead team for 10 years, negotiated over 280 successful jobs. Retired in 1982 after 27 years of service.

ADOPT A DOG
From REMA member Jennifer Whitney:

“As you may know, I sit on the board of The Detective Wenjian Liu Foundation. We are looking for PD, FD and Military families who are considering adopting a family companion dog, the Foundation is endeavoring to connect with families who may want to adopt a dog from a shelter or rescue organization, the Foundation will pay up to 250.00 for the adoption fee, up to 1500.00 for professional training and up to 300.00 for the first year of pet/vet insurance. There is a short application that needs to be submitted and approved by the board. LOD families, members with PTSD or members who have suffered any major illness, who may be considering adopting a dog, are welcome to contact me directly if they have any questions or go to detectivewenjianliufoundation.org
