The annual 9/11 Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Brooklyn was well attended by REMA. Our heartfelt thank you to Monsignor Romano and his ‘staff’ for their yearly Remembrance, and to his congregation for joining us, the Families of our Fallen Heroes and to the members of the NYPD for being there.

If not for our long standing friendship and our commitment to the Plattdeutsche Restaurant the 9/18 lunch would be cancelled.  The response is shameful, especially since virtually NO, active cops are attending. 7 REMA Student of the Year plaques awarded to the last 7 STS classes and no one shows. The writing is on the wall folks and looks like it won’t be painted over.
